Who this course is for
The TLM Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, completed online at your own pace. A regulated Level 1 qualification whose certificate is valid for life, and one of the routes to a CSCS Labourer Green Card.

Importance of risk assessments
How to create and implement effective method statements
Identifying common construction site hazards
Implementing effective control measures
Techniques for safe lifting and carrying
Avoiding musculoskeletal injuries

Maintenance and care of protective equipment
Understanding emergency procedures
Basic first aid knowledge and response
