The CITB Health and Safety Awareness Course is an entry-level training designed to provide workers in the construction and civil engineering industries with essential knowledge to ensure a safe working environment. This Level 1 health and safety course is fundamental for anyone new to the industry, covering the basics of health and safety law, workplace hazards, risk management, and safe working practices.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a CITB Health and Safety Awareness Certificate, valid for 5 years. This qualification is a prerequisite for applying for the CSCS Labourer (Green) Card, required on most UK construction sites.
