Qualification Overview

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Workskills (RQF) is aimed at those learners wishing to seek, gain and retain employment.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in WorkSkills (RQF) is aimed at developing the learner’s skills, knowledge and understanding required to prepare them for employment in a broad occupational area. The qualification also helps the learner with their own personal development.

Qualification Structure

Learners must achieve 2 credits from the mandatory units and 1 credit from either the mandatory or optional units totaling 3 credits.

Leaner Entry Requirements

Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication. This is at the discretion of the center as they may decide to use diagnostic testing methods to ascertain how they can support learners.

Progression Routes

Learners can progress to further learning, or into specific vocational employment following achievement of the qualification.
